Gymnastics Coach
Hello! My name is Alexis and I have been coaching for 15 years. I started gymnastics when I was six years old where I made my way to college gymnastics as a level 10 and a U.S. National Team member for power-tumbling. From there I was able to travel the world representing the United States competing in world championships and world cups.
As a coach, my goal is to help kids of all ages cultivate confidence, work ethic and communication skills that they can carry with them in and out of sports. Creating an environment for our youth to be able to grow and work on becoming the best versions of themselves is a key component I feel passionate about.

GameChanger is comprised of coaches with the knowledge and expertise in the field of fitness and tumbling. We are a collective of high end coaches whos experience exceeds any other gym around.
